Jun. 19th, 2009 10:31 pmI answered 40 comments yesterday, but didn't get to post (for reasons I might disclose in the future if I feel up to thinking about it again... work-hell related).
Anyway, I have a few ideas for posts, including a short list of my favorite dramas. Plus, I'm almost done Nobuta, so I have things to say about that too. I'll bullet this entry since there's a lot to say.
1. At first, in Nobuta, I shipped Shuji/Nobuta, but man, I am so aboard the Akira/Nobuta ship now it's not even funny. I can highly appreciate Akira/Shuji, but it's not OTP in my brain.
2. I bought a new computer the other day! It's a laptop, and it's pretty, and it should be coming to me soon! Yay! I needed a new computer for Taiwan. My computer is a desktop, which is not easily transportable.
3. The tracklist for 2NE1's mini album (Sugar) has been released. So has the "official" release date (01Jul09). PARK BOM HAS A SOLO SONG ON THE ALBUM!!!!!!!! GLEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!. I'm looking forward to the whole album though, especially since Teddy produced it, and he's a damn good producer (I wish 1TYM was still active...)
4. The title of Big Bang's second Japanese single has also been release; "Ga Ra Ga Ra GO!!".... Is it me, or does that title sound VERY Jpop-esque. I know they have to alter their music style to appeal to the Japanese, but that kinda makes me sad. I like their original style more than enough. But yeah, the "My Heaven" single is released on Wednesday! I have mine already preordered!
5. Has anyone been following 4Minute (hahaha engrish...)? I first heard of them awhile back, but wasn't particularly interested (they were presented as rivals of 2NE1, and I'm YG Family all the way, so I was like "uhh, no"... Plus their debut single is called "Hot Issue", which Big Bang rocked years ago. ANYWAY, they debuted the other day, and I actually really like their single. It's super addictive. And while I'm not a fan of Hyun Ah initially, I do like the girl with the short hair. She's pretty awesome. The lyrics of the song aren't cool to me either, I hate when female artists talk about how they're better than other girls, etc, but the beat is fun, and I like their clothes. And I don't see any comparison to 2NE1, other than they're Korean, girls, and sing. Their music and fashion are totally different.
6. Um. I might need to become a 2PM fan. Seriously.
7. Eh, for some reason this entry took forever to write. I'm trying to decide on my next drama. All I feel like watching right now are jdramas, which is not good. I want to watch more twdramas!! But my next two dramas will probably be Japanese, which is weird.
