I hate Hye Won.
Jan. 4th, 2009 02:11 pmYesterday we lost internet, so I was without it for a good 6 hours. LUCKILY I had previously downloaded enough episode of Full House to keep me satisfied.
Speaking of Full House, I really really hate Hye Won. She's like a super bitchy version of Yoo Ju from Coffee Prince. I'm still comparing the two series. I find them a lot alike in some aspects. They both have that girl who is in love with another person, but like flirts/clings to the male protagonist, so he ends up feeling all conflicted. And they both have that other male character that falls in love with the female protagonist, but she's oblivious to it all.
So yeah, they're similar to me. Except for one major difference... I liked Yoo Ju. She was independent, she was creative, she was pretty, and kind to Eun Chan. She was the type of girl that we all want to hate because she's perfect, but can't because she's so nice.
On the other hand, I HATE Hye Won. She's totally dependant on others to give her approval, she has pretty bad taste in clothes (um, she's a little slutty), she's not really that pretty (sometimes I think she's pretty, sometimes I think she looks old), and she's mean to Ji Eun. She is the kind of girl that doesn't have any female friends because she thinks of them all as rivals.
Hye Won is clinging to Young Jae despite saying she's in love with Min Hyuk. Yoo Ju never did that, she was friendly with Han Kyul, and yes, she did know he loved her, but she never made him think she was anything other than a friend.
So yeah, the point is, I hate Hye Won, and like Yoo Ju.
And I adore ADORE Min Hyuk soooo much (and the actor who plays him, Kim Sung Soo, looks like Ethan Ruan, which is a definite plus!). *sigh* I ALWAYS fall in love with the odd man out. But God, how could I not in this situation?! He's perfect, and he's lonely, and it's all just so sad. I still like Young Jae better... I think. It's hard to know.
It's funny, I almost never like the other girl, but I always love the other guy. Jeez, I'm abandoning my feminist solidarity!
In other news, WET ZAI ZAI ICON!
And I have to go back to work tomorrow. Sucks.
