Um, what BBF?

I watched episode 21 of BBF (and liveblogged, but it's not ready), and then read a preview for the next episode...

Um... WHAT?

Is there going to be some action in BBF?! Probably not, but wow, the innuendo.

But then I read another spoiler where it says that they sleep in separate rooms or separate beds or something like that. What a disappointment.

Here I was, picturing a scene like the one in the end of the manga, where Domyoji takes Tsukushi to a deserted island resort...

They keep cock-blocking everything. Like with that scene in ep 20 with JP and JD on the bed with her in her maid's uniform? If you work in a jiggly camera in there and maybe some cheap 70s music you have the beginning of a porno. But what happens? JK interrupts and a million anxious fans burst into tears. They are HUGE cockblockers! HUGE! I should've figured. I mean, the big Shigeru seduction scene consisted of her hugging Jun Pyo while wearing a non-skimpy bathing suit... Korea obvious has some issues. (But yet, hello, Coffee Prince?!)

A mystery! But I think it's more like Yoo Eun Hye has a monopoly on hot makeout scenes. We had that AWESOME kiss in Goong and CP just brought on the sex.

There are a lot of makeouts in kdramas: Que Sera Sera, Lovers, La Dolce Vita, etc and if you include good kisses, even more. I wonder why BOF is so prudish.

Oh! Good to know! I've only seen a few kdramas so far, and only Coffee Prince has had some action.

The only thing I can think of is maybe because it's targeted towards teens... but then, wasn't Goong?
