Fell in love with Atashinchi no Danshi...

uiscerosIt's official. Atashinchi no Danshi is totally my new drama. I love it more than I can possibly put into words. It's so damn crazy but it also has a lot of heart. And the guys... oh the guys. Osamu is the only one I'm ridiculously attracted to (though Kaname Jun isn't bad himself...), but they're all such characters. And Maki is delightful, as per usual.
I'd be lying if I said I was watching solely for the plot though. Because I'm not. A large part of me is watching for Osamu. Mukai Osamu is quickly becoming one of my favorite jdrama actors. He was amazing in Hachimitsu to Clover (which happens to be my favorite jdrama), and I loved him as evil!butler in Mei-chan. I have yet to see him in Nodame Cantabile, but I don't doubt he's awesome there as well. And he's ridiculously, obscenely hot. Plus, he's two years older than me and 10cm taller. Totally a keeper, that one. I have a bunch of caps from the two episodes I've seen (only three have been aired), and almost all of them are of Osamu. It's kinda sad.
I'm dying (DYING) for the next episode. I'm also hoping beyond hope that my OTP is canon. I want Chisato (Maki's character) and Sho (Osamu's character) to get together so badly it hurts. I will seriously be upset if there isn't come form of romance between them, because they're SO CUTE together!

I was wrong about Masaru. I assumed he was gay, but as it turns out, he just has a woman phobia... Yeah. It was cute, because he's like "They don't know how serious my condition is! They all think I'm gay!"... But really, can you blame them?
TOTALLY gratuitous. Damn Yusuke, I'm impressed. Nice abs... Masaru is a male model who has to film a CF with a gravure model, and kinda freaks out. More on that later.
Gah... Osamu marry me please! All with the leather, and the hair, and yeaaaah. *cough* Yes, well, the third son, Sho. Sho has a SECRET. *Spoilers! Highlight to see!*Sho has a 6 year old son! Oh the drama!
Fourth son, Masaru... Can you understand my confusion about his sexuality. Green eyeshadow and pink lipsticks does not normally a straight man make. I actually first thought he was a Jpop star, because then it would make perfect sense.
Fifth son, Satoru. While I quite intensely disliked Seto Koji in Koizora, I actually like him a ton in this drama. I think it's the hair. I love blonde haired dudes, but it was just not good in Koizora.
Sixth son, Akira. TOTALLY adorable (yes, he has cake on his face). Seriously, I just want to hug him to me.
See, now THAT'S a knife, jdramas (or more accurately, a saw)! Remember how Masaru didn't want to shoot the CF with a girl? Well, he decided to destroy the set so he wouldn't have to do it.
God, Osamu is teh sex (look at how he's looking at her)! Also, second son, Takeru, who is hilarious and strange.
Seriously, is the next episode out yet?!
