Fitness Recommendations?
Mar. 21st, 2010 07:02 pmRecently I've been wanting to do more than just cardio and light strength training in my workouts. I've actually been wanting to do several things:
1. Extreme workouts
2. Yoga / Pilates
3. Dance Fitness
I'm especially interested in dance stuff. I'm hugely uncoordinated and clumsy, which makes dance hard for me to learn (except ballroom dance, which I am strangely good at), but I REALLY want to (I spend a lot of time watching Kpop stars dance, I want to dance too)! I want to be more flexible as well (thus the yoga). And I want to improve my endurance (thus the extreme workouts).
Anyway, my question for you:
Is there any workout regimen you recommend?
Have you tried something, and love it? Are you as ridiculously clumsy as me (seriously, I managed to break my knee while just running... if that's not clumsy, I don't know what is), yet are able to dance somehow? Anything you suggest for beginners?
Right now, I'm going to lay down... I messed up my back last night, and it hurts like a mofo.
(I also really need to work on Baby's pimp post!)
