Wish to See You Again final two episodes

uisceros- One thing I've noticed in twdramas... they're very realistic is portraying blood (and puke! I'll never forget my first experience with twdrama puking... ISWAK... I was utterly grossed out). Jdrama blood is pretty funny... It's totally not blood-like.
- Meeeehhh! He's all crushed under a car, but all Xiao Ma thinks about is reaching the painting Lu Yi painted for him!!
- Ew. There was totally just snot coming out of his nose. Anothet thing I see all the time in twdramas... snot. The grossest/saddest was in Love Contract, when Ah Ken is cooking food, and he's sobbing, and there's snot everywhere, and it's so sad, but also gross because he's COOKING...
- Oh poor Xu Le! I can totally understand the way he is feeling, all the responsibility thrown on him by the Pan family is just too much! It's not even his family (yet)! He's in love with Neng Xian, but he can't face the responsibilities that loving her brings. It's so sad! He's dealing with the reality of a relationship, what it's like after that first initial grace period.
- EH! I know he's trying to be noble (they're ALWAYS trying to be noble, and do the right thing for the girl), but GOD, is Xu Le being an ASS. Seriously. A huge ass! Way to break Neng Xian's heart there... asshole.
- Michelle Chen is so pretty! I'm so glad she's becoming more popular/being in more things. I thought she was adorable in Why Why Love, but she's really good in this drama!
- They always dress Neng Xian so pretty and professionally in this drama! Loves!
- *sob* Xiao Ma!!! Missing leg! Meeehhh!
- Oh Xiao Ma! So wise and insightful! He's so awesome!
- Zai Zai is so adorable when he smiles!
- Xu Le's reaction to Xiao Ma's amputation is kinda hilarious!
"Amputated?... You guys amputated his leg?"
"Yes"
"He doesn't have a leg anymore?"
"Yes"
"What kinda crappy hospital is this?!"
- Xiao Ma has some awesome bonsai's in his room!
So yeah. This was a pretty depressing episode! But since it's the second to last one, that's to be expected. Plus, I know it ends happily, so yeah.
- Wow. The apples in Taiwan are HUGE.
- Neng Xian is right regarding the whole Xiao Ma/Lu Yi thing. I can understand that Xiao Ma doesn't want Lu Yi to see him like that (with a missing leg, and all), but he really shouldn't make her wait. He should realize that she needs him as much as he needs her.
- I wonder why they put so much fake hair on Terri... They did the same thing to Qiao En in A Game About Love. Lots and lots of fake hair...
- Well that was heartbreaking... Poor Xiao Ma, Poor Lu Yi!
- Hahahahahaha!!! Father Pan totally got in Xu Le's taxi, and Xu Le was like "oooohhhhhh shit"... and then Father Pan fixes his back!
- Aw! Leo's back (kinda)! Vanness = Love!
- Hehehehe! There was a random add for Honey and Clover stuck in there! I recognized it because I am just that awesome.
- The owl kite! Wow, Xu Le is really amazing. Like, perfectly amazing. That's SUCH a good way to send a message.
- Hehehe I totally just yelled "Ali Shan! ALI SHAN!" at my computer... as if by magic, Neng Xian could hear me.
- There's another add for Honey and Clover. They were really pushing it... I remember another show I watched, I forget which one, but it kept showing ads for Summer X Summer. Honey and Clover and Summer X Summer... both Joe Cheng dramas... coincidence?!
- I'm confused. Xu Le is at some place listening to kids singing. Is this a random school, or is it supposed to be his old orphanage?
- Xu Le bought the last owl shot glass/toothpick holder thing! So sweet!
- Xu Le found his mom! It's so sweet!
- I SO want to go to new years at the 101! It looks amazing!
- FINALLY, Lu Yi realized that Xiao Ma was perfect for her. FINALLLLYYY.
- Ali Shan looks amazingly beautiful too! I so want to go there! I totally want to go everywhere they went in this drama. Taroko, Ali Shan, Keelung, the 101, the National Museum, EVERYWHERE.
- The owl shot glass/toothpick holder still had the price tag on the bottom... (figures, this really really romantic dramatic scene, and I notice that the price sticker is still on something... sometimes I think I'd be a really good continuity editor)
- Aw! What a sweet proposal! And Xu Le finally became the leading man...
And it's done. And I'm sad. I really REALLY love this series. SO MUCH. It's definitely one of my all time favorites. I know I tend to say everything is my favorite, but this one really is (along with Hachimitsu to Clover, Coffee Prince, and Love Contract). I wish the drama would have explored Xiao Ma and Lu Yi's relationship, post leg amputation. I also wish Ah Hao and Xiao Zhen would have met again, and tried to have their relationship work. But overall I'm quite satisfied. It was a great, grown up sort of drama. And I loved all the actors in it (it was an F4 drama, how could I NOT?!). So yeah. Happiness!
