Global Warning = AWESOME

I finished watching the Global Warning concert! It was REALLY good, but the boys were looking a little tired. Must be because it was the last show, and the tour was long. Either way, it was super good!
So anyway, GD's solo stage... GD's solos are always my favorite. He has such amazing stage presence and charisma. It's crazy. Anyway, during his solo he was doing "This Love", but suddenly starting singing the Maroon 5 original. He messed up the lyrics, but who cares, it's a song in a totally different language. He's awesome for even attempting it.
And then he brought a girl on stage. I always feel so badly for people who are brought on stage, because OMG talk about overwhelming. If that happened to me I'd be TERRIFIED. Not matter how much I love them, I'd be utterly shell shocked. Poor girl didn't know WHAT to do. She was cute though! And GD gave her one of his rings, which I WANT. I also TOTALLY saw white people in the audience! I want to be a random white person in the audience, damn it!
Anyway, this is the performance I was talking about.
Also, I cleaned like, ALL of today. I finally organized my Asian albums into a place in one of my bookshelves. I was proud of myself for taking the initiative, so I took a picture!

My Fahrenheit Love You More and More album didn't fit, so it's on the shelf below. And um, those stuffed weird looking things are Giant Microbes. Specifically Ebola, Malaria, and Sleeping Sickness. I have Mad Cow too, but it's offscreen. They're some of the diseases I study....
Left to Right: Eternal Summer DVD, Eat Drink Man Woman DVD, Twenty Something Taipei DVD, Wish To See You Again OST, Fahrenheit - Fahrenheit album, Fahrenheit - Two Sided Fahrenheit album, Jolin - Butterfly album, Tokio - Harvest album, Big Bang - 1st Single, Big Bang - 3rd Single, Big Bang - Volume 1 Since 2007 first full length album, Big Bang - Always 1st mini album, Big Bang - Hot Issue 2nd mini album, Big Bang - Stand Up 3rd mini album, Big Bang - Remember 2nd full length album, Big Bang - Number 1 first full length Japanese album, Big Bang - FILA promo single, Big Bang - Big Show concert album, Big Bang - The Real Concert DVD, Big Bang - The Great Concert DVD, Big Bang - The Great Concert postcard book, Big Bang - Global Warning Concert DVD.
Yeeaaaah.
I swear, I DO talk about things other than Big Bang sometimes. Just not recently... I've been on a drama break, so that cuts down stuff I can easily talk about. I'm going to try to finish Nodame Cantabile this week though!

Date: 2009-05-12 09:00 pm (UTC)Hehehe!!! You should! My room's not THAT bad... other than my two giant Big Bang posters (and my CD/DVD section). My computer, on the other hand, is a veritable black hole of fandom.

Date: 2009-05-14 03:23 am (UTC)I understand the feeling. Like, shouldn't we have gotten this out of our system 10 years ago or something? Course now I know fandom is ageless. Plus, for me at least, the whole Asian-fan thing is pretty atypical. I only know one person in RL who is likes the stuff I like. I'm not big on mainstream, but I still grew up around it.
Wow. I think I would have felt the same way... As cool as it'd be to get up on stage, I'd probably freak out.

Date: 2009-05-12 10:20 pm (UTC)I would have been completely shocked and embarrassed to be pulled on stage. I don't care who you are, if some cute ass Korean boy sings a song like that to you on stage in front of tons of people, you're gonna be embarrassed! I think that's the part that would kill me (even if I didn't know who the hell big bang was XD)

Date: 2009-05-12 10:26 pm (UTC)Hehehe!! I agree totally! Yeah, you're in front of like, hundreds of people! And yeah, that song being sung to you by a cute boy?! I'd die. DIE. I saw a clip one time of Zai Zai singing to a girl on stage, and the poor girl was like, sobbing. Good sobbing, but sobbing nonetheless. I felt so bad for her!
