I'm trying to decide what to take with me to Taiwan. Most of it's already planned (electronics, books, etc), but the hardest part will be makeup and perfume. You know how I posted a picture of about 1/4th of my makeup awhile back? Well I did one for my perfumes too.


I have 30 of them, plus 10 small sample ones I use, and 10 body sprays (not pictured).
You can see my Demeter obsession. I have NINE of them (Apple Blossom, Salt Air, Beeswax, Holiday Heart, Holiday Cheer, Sex on the Beach, Egg Nog, Honeysuckle, and Holy Smoke).

So my dilemma, as always, is where to store them, and which ones to take!

I also took pictures of the two Big Bang singles I got earlier.

I hate TOP's glasses in the first single pic, but I love his hair on the cover of Gara Gara Go! Strangely, I love G-Dragon's hair on the My Heaven cover, but hate it in the Gara Gara Go! images. Dae Sung continues to look increasingly fierce, and the other two are as same-same as always.

Re: your perfumes, WHOA! Awesome collection there - I've never heard of Demeter before, where is the brand sold? I'm unlucky with perfumes in that most tend to make me woozy and give me headaches, and I generally have to test a particular scent over a week or so (by going into department stores, spritzing some and then gauging my reaction) before I can buy it. It's very annoying!

I still haven't started packing for my (much smaller scale) move - I've brought home heaps of boxes but it's so difficult to start actually putting stuff in them. I can't even imagine how hard it is for you!

Also, I'm up to chapter 24 of The Dragon's Bride and HOLY SHIT I'M ADDICTED. I was a bit iffy at the beginning but the Draco characterisation (always my main beef with stories in the pairing) is really solid and any time I do think he's being a bit nicer than he'd usually be, it's actually explained by the magic tattoo-things. It's awesome, I'm so glad you pointed it out to me. ♥

Agreed and agreed! TOP's glasses are not good, they're too small for his head, and you can't see his nice eyes. I agree about GD's hair too. I think the hat makes the difference. Dae's increasing hotness is kinda freaking me out, since I still think of him as a baby...

Thanks! I have almost the opposite issue. I don't have a very great sense of smell, so I like perfumes with strong scents. That must be horrible inconvenient! Demeter is a cool brand in that they make singular scent perfumes, like you know how most perfumes have different notes? Well Demeter perfumes only have one, and they're made to smell like certain things. Like the apple blossom one smells like Apple Blossoms. They have a bunch, some in normal smells (flowers, fruit), some in odd ones (dirt, tomato, grass, etc).

Hehe, don't worry, when I moved to college I packed the night before. Packing for Taiwan is tough, because I have to bring enough clothes, but not overpack because of luggage restrictions.

YAY!! Dragon's Bride is one of my favorites! I followed it for a LONG time, but then I think I missed a chapter or two, because the ending came out of nowhere for me. Either way, it's good. Last I knew she was working on a sequel, but I don't know how that's going because of CV being down. Glad you like it!!
