The other day I had a strong yearning to watch Alias (my favoritest show in the whole entire world). So I picked up the DVDs for seasons 1 and 2 (aka the best seasons. I enjoyed 3, and 4 was okay... we won't talk about season 5), and I decided to watch a bit tonight.
I started on season 2, and wouldn't you know, the show opened in Taipei. Make me happy. God knows if it was actually Taipei, but unless I'm gravely mistaken, those are traditional characters there. So hey, at least they got that part right!

Also... SARK! I got to see the episode where Syd chucks a pick ax into his leg, which was highly amusing. I've read some good Sarkney fic that feature that pick ax incident.

How am I suddenly, and bizarrely reminded of the fact that I'm really looking forward to the next episode of True Love 18? No pick axes in THAT show... Weird tie-in...
I don't get to use my Nadia icon nearly enough...

also, re your Taiwan post: aww, my dear, don't worry so much. I've traveled a decent amount and lived on two continents and I assure you, getting there is the hardest part. You'll be fine - I swear. Just breathe and tell yourself you can do this, because you can:D and banish bad dreams to the depths of cold icy kdrama-ish hell.

Aw, thanks so much! I've only ever really lived here (save for 2 years I spent in Virginia for college), so I'm freaking out a bit over that. And while I've been to Europe several times before, this is ASIA, which is so much harder than Europe... I'm sure I'll be fine, and I agree that getting there is the worst (at least it was when I was in Europe!). *sigh* I wish I could skip ahead in time to be there already!
