A new fansub group (BillaSub) is planning on subbing In Love With a Rich Girl!! This is highly exciting for me, as I've been waiting for it for a long time (PinkMafia had started subbing, but stopped after episode 2). (Another Chen Qiao En drama I've been waiting for, 100% Senorita, has apparently been picked up by JKSubs (who are also, randomly, doing the new Mike He drama, Infernal Lover), but no progress yet).
BillaSub is also doing Love or Bread, but so is SE3ST0R, and I'll probably stick with theirs.
Recently there's been a renewed interest in older twdramas, which excites me to no end. My drama drug of choice is Twdramas (I'm highly obsessed with Taiwan in general, in case anyone didn't know), so as much as I enjoy Kdramas and Jdramas, I will always love Twdramas best. Seeing more attention being paid to my favorite genre is pretty cool.
EDITS! -> RL Drams; This makes me extremely nervous. Wyeth is (was?) one of the biggest pharma companies in the US. Now it's being bought out, and lots of jobs are being cut (granted, the jobs will probably not be science jobs, but still). Pharmecuticals are pretty secure (thank God, as not only mine, but my entire family's security rests with Pharma) but stuff like this just shows how horribly sucky the economy is.
