So my internet it down at my house... I'm pissed. THANKFULLY I already have Summer Snow downloaded. But who knows how long that will last me! Things I've noticed; Japanese dramas are usually very show. Like only 10 to 13 episodes long. Taiwanese dramas are usually anywhere from 20 to 30 hour long episodes. Which means that it takes a LOT of time to watch them. I haven't watched american tv in ages! Course that will change when the new seasons start (Bones! Heroes! Lost! Pushing Daisies! Dirty Sexy Money! Brothers and Sisters! House! Ugly Betty! Desperate Housewives! The Sarah Connor Chronicles! Nip/Tuck! (and yes, I watch each and everyone one of those shows... because I have no life, and I like media))... I'll probably still watch dramas too...

Adding two new dramas to my list.

Say Yes Enterprise (Taiwanese)

ANDDDDDD

MARMALADE BOY!!!! THEY HAVE A DRAMA BASED ON MARMALADE BOY!!!!! SQUEEE!!! It's Taiwanese too! AND Yuu (also his name in the Taiwanese one) is played by one of the F4 from Meteor Garden! I think he's Soujiro... or maybe Akira. Definitely not Domyoji or Rui (of course, you know, the names are all different in Taiwanese show... since it's Taiwanese...)

Holy shit man! I was totally thinking they should have a drama for Marmalade Boy (Though I was thinking it should be japanese... but maybe Taiwanese is better! I seem to like the Taiwanese shows a lot)

Oh, and Brown Sugar Macchiato.... it seems cute and fun, and totally not very dramatic at all. Plus... cute boys!

And maybe Scent of Love too...

Stupid asian dramas. I need to watch all of them.

This is kinda random, but I wish they had a drama based on Fushigi Yuugi.... that would be awesome. In related new, I totally have to read Fushigi Yūgi Genbu Kaiden.

Currently watching: Summer Snow
Next: Goong (when it finally finishes downloading!!)

I don't know how other countries' dramas work, but Japanese TV has four seasons a year (just like the real world!), and since 52 / 4 = 13, Japanese dramas are never more than 13 episodes (unless they span multiple seasons, which is rare). Then you have some weeks off, or time for TV specials and whatnot, so they're usually 9-12 episodes. I watched a 7 episode one one time!
