Finally finished BBF!

Okay, so I finally finished BBF, and honestly, I loved the damn show. Really. Loved it. And there is no time when I won't love it.

The end wasn't as satisfying as I would have liked, though it was better than the ending to Meteor Garden. The time jump here was canon, so I didn't mind it as much. It was actually nice to see their relationship after four years. No other version has done it (not even the manga, unless you count that special chapter that took place 2 or so years later!), so it was nice to see that. It was also nice to see that Ji Hoo became a doctor. In all the other versions he was kinda directionless.

And squee! The Ga Eul / Yi Jung ending was totally sweet!

I totally want more! This of course means I am HIGHLY tempted to rewatch HYD and MG. Might not come to pass though, as it would mean finding the discs.

And was it me, or was Yu Mi a ton bitchier than any other versions? I HATED her.

I can't wait to see this!! I can't download things as I have the crappiest internet connection ever at home so have been waiting until I can buy it!
I'm so glad you thought it was good as I've read a lot of reviews as it went who didn't it like it, but from what I've seen it looked pretty good!

I was in the minority of my flist, in that I loved the WHOLE thing. A lot is different from the other adaptions, but I went into it knowing a lot would change. It's really a toss up, whether you'll like the middle (basically everyone loved the beginning), but I can say I fully enjoyed it!

I loved BBF, but I was one of the few people I know who did (most people didn't like the second half). So yay for BBF love! :D

LOL. I watched BBF because I was bored, winter break=nothing to do. I mean I wasn't into Korean dramas at all. I scoffed ev time somebody mentioned about watching it, but I've seen MG and my sis pestered me to watch this one so I gave it a try. I LOVE LEE MIN HO! The lips, the expression, *thud* :P
Koo Hye Sun's pretty cute too! Oh I'm currently watching their BTS footage etc and sad to say, I think I like them more off cam than on. In the show Ji Hoo seemd like the better guy for Jan Di. But oh booyy they look cute together.
LOL sorry for the essay only one or two of my friends watch this show so I have no one to ramble to about this. :P

I fell into dramas too. I actually got into them through anime, and now I can't possibly ever get out. I was kinda the same way towards kdramas as well! I started with jdramas, and then twdramas. I always assumed kdramas were all tragic and stuff. But then Coffee Prince happened, and I've changed my mind ;P

Oh, Min Ho... That boy is HOT. He really made the drama for me, he was SO fabulous. I think I've seen some of the behind the scenes stuff, but not a lot. I know I ADORE Hyun Joong IRL though. He's adorable beyond words. My major problem with BBF was that they made Ji Hoo seem like the OTP, despite him obviously not being that. It was insanity, people jumping ships left and right!

Don't feel bad! I ramble a lot about dramas too ;D

The Korean dramas I've seen, that I remember are just Full House, BFF, My Girl. The rest I just watched bits here and there.
I've heard about Coffee Prince though. Any good? I'm a bit picky bout the female cast, in ev show. It's easy for me to like they guy, but not the girl, y'know how it is. :P

I just finished watching it, and I'm already re-watching it, though I have tons of stuff I've been abandoning since I started watching this show. I finished watching the whole 25 eps in like less than 3 days. :/

NGL, I did NOT dig Hyun Joong (that's Ji Hoo right?) in the drama. His hair is just too O_o for me. But I started to like him and his character after a few episodes. He's just too likeable and the fact that he seems like a nice guy IRL helps too. LOL.

Haha it was never like that for me, jumping ships. I mean, I like the second guy, but I LOVE Min Ho so it's always been Jan Di/Jun Pyo for me, though I have to admit Jan Di and Ji Hoo seem to have better chenistry on cam.

Lee Min Hoo, mmm that guy is just too hot for words. He's one of the few Korean guys that I actually DO like, though considering I don't know many K-guys.. but whatever.
I think I literally felt like melting when I watched the scene of him and Jan Di at the zoo with the kid. Guys with kids just make me giddy in a weird way it's ridiculous.

I spent the last few hours looking for his and Koo Hye Sun's pics etc and rewatching the show, it's crazy. I never thought I'd get sucked into this fandom. LOL.

The 'Seoul' couple are cute too! :)
