I started watching Dancing with the Stars at the gym. It was the only thing on at the time, and it's a good show to work out to.
The thing is, I started really loving it. I never liked reality shows or competition stuff, but somehow, my love for DwtS overcame that. Right now it's down to Nicole Scherzinger, Evan Lysacek, Erin Andrews, and Chad Ochocinco. My favorites are Nicole and Erin. Nicole because she's fantastic, and Erin because her personality is awesome (she's a great dancer as well).
This week they danced Latin-style. The standout was Nicole and Derek's Paso Doble. I really love the Paso Doble, and have ever since I saw it in Strictly Ballroom. OMG guys, if you haven't seen Strictly Ballroom, you NEED TO, NOW. I love that movie. Anyway, Nicole's dance was amazing.
My two other favorite dances from this week -> Erin and Maks' Argentine Tango (it was FABULOUS! I love erin and Maks' interaction. They're hilarious, especially at the end when Erin imitates Maks "Come on woman! Jump on me NOOW!"), and Evan and Anna's Cha-Cha-Cha (VERY COOL! And Evan imitating Wall-e was so cute!).
OTHER STUFF
- LOST was awesome. Loved that episode, and now I just feel bad for Locke-monster.
- Oh My Lady ended, and I'm sad. Not TOO happy with the ending, but when am I ever? Seriously, the only ending I was ever really satisfied with was One Pound Gospel.
- I went to the city today to shop. And shop I did. I bought stuff from H&M and American Apparel, both of which don't have many stores nearby (though of course they have BOTH in Korea. I know because I saw them)
- I love my purchases from American Apparel. A color-changing shirt, and a sheer see-through shirt (I wouldn't wear it alone, but I DID see a girl working there who was wearing it with only a bra underneath. She's braver than I).
- I love my H&M purchases as well. Several ruffly shirts (I like ruffles, okay?), a light sweater (I'm cold a lot), and a shirt I deemed "Michael Jackson-style" (it has embellished shoulders).
- I had a dream earlier that involved Glee. Brad Pitt was there too. Sometimes I think a little too much about Brad Pitt...
- Have you guys heard about the school attacks in China? How horrible. The use of the phrase "hacked to death" makes it even worse. I can't even imagine.
