They're totally making a sequel to Meteor Shower (aka mainland China's version of Hana Yori Dango)! Is it odd that I'm totally getting flaily about it? I only saw a few episodes of Meteor Shower with subs (they weren't available for awhile, and then I got to busy to watch stuff, so yeah, it got away from me), but I was really pleasantly surprised by it.

Course, if Meteor Shower 2 is anything like Meteor Garden 2, well, then I want nothing to do with it.

It's one of my favorite mandopop songs ever, and definitely my favorite from the Tokyo Juliet soundtrack (even more so than 只對你有感覺, which is a adorable Fahrenheit/Hebe song!)

Stupid hard pinyin-ization (which is only hard because keyboards don't normally make tone marks). I don't know why I didn't pick an easier song to do my first pinyin-ization on. It could have been worse. I could have picked this song. (I will never get over the fact that sweet-looking Jason is a total badass in this video... and that Tony totally gets ripped off with this song)

I HAVE been watching things while here. I watched the most recent Buzzer Beat (ep 6), and I finally started Meteor Shower (OMG I LOVE IT, but it's so weird). I ALSO randomly started What Happened in Bali.

Eh, that took forever...

With the release of the preview for Meteor Shower (aka Mainland China HYD), I've been getting more and more excited about it. I can't say why, exactly. It's not like I'm a huge fan of cdramas. I think it's just because HYD has always been one of my favorite stories. The anime is still my favorite anime ever (tied with Escaflowne).

Anyway, a couple things;


Hao Ming looks better in action that he does in pictures. ALSO his hair is about three thousand times better here. His motions are very Rui-esque to me.


Yeah. I still find Zhang Han really hot. He's also apparently super talented. He went to a VERY prestigious acting school. Same one Zhang Zi Yi went to!

I got my latest package from YesAsia today. It's my Wish to See You Again OST, and the Big Bang Remember album.

I took a ton of pictures, but I'm tired, so no posting tonight.

But let me just say; TOTAL AWESOMENESS. Korean albums are wicked cool. And the OST is great, and came with MVs.

I should be getting my second Fahrenheit album next. Whenever that happens.

Also, I think I have found a new obsession. I'm not sure yet, so I'll hold off on broadcasting it. And I think I'm going to totally screw myself up by starting yet another drama... *sigh* I'm powerless against them, I swear!

Everyone posting about Meteor Shower (aka Chinese HYD) is making me weird excited for it. I'd watch it solely for the fact that it's another version of HYD that's in Mandarin. I love me some Mandarin.

Love at First Fight is pretty hilarious. It's a martial arts romantic comedy... That should say enough.

From what I can see, I'm going to LOVE Invincible Shan Bao Mei. I've already watched a little of it sans subs, and it looks super cute! Amber Kuo is utterly adorable, and Nicholas Teo is super hot (hey! He's is Smiling Pasta with Gino and Joyce!). I totally love how all the major male Taiwanese idols are older than me. It doesn't make me feel pervy for liking them so much!

BTW, I'm totally watching FIVE dramas currently. Granted, I'm not obsessively watching them, so all is well.

Oh, so I randomly found a forum on Asianfanatics yesterday about asian stars who speak english very well. A ton of people were like "Vanness Wu and Utada Hikaru speak REALLY good english without accents!!!"... and I'm like "yeah, because THEY'RE AMERICANS"... I am totally in love with Vanness now. I've recently been watching a lot of his interviews... because he speaks english, and I can actually understand it, and he totally rock my world.

Best thing ever! There's a CNN interview with F4, and it's all in english, and Vanness does most of the talking (obviously), and poor Jerry and Zai Zai just kinda look confused most of the time. And Ken, man, Ken speaks pretty damn good english. I guess it's because he was schooled in Singapore. But whatever, it's hot. And they're totally sitting by age (Jerry first, then Vanness, Ken, and Zai Zai), and it's so cute and funny, and I sooooooo love them. All of them, seriously. And they're all like "we don't go out because of the paparazzi", and Jerry said DVD's keep him company, and Ken was like "I started cooking! And I have three cats!", which is the cutest thing ever. I want to get Ken's cookbook, because how awesome is that?! I guess it's been translated into english. And Zai Zai was like "my life hasn't changed much, since I'm the type to sit around inside anyway." Mehhh! Zai Zai! Why do you have to be so cute and make me love you MORE!

Soooo I'm totally getting my laser vision correction done on THURSDAY. Yeah. Soon. It's scary, but whatev. It'll be awesomely weird to not have to wear glasses anymore.
